Basic bread

There is one I bake often

500gm flour (you can mix  100/150 whole-wheat)
300ml water
7 grams yeast
3tbsp olive oil
2tsp salt
I let it rise till double for one hour
 And let it sit for our hour in the tin I will.bake if in till doubled in size (here it takes roughly an hour)
 You can brush tip with butter before baking
Bake it for 20-25minutes at 220C
