Vandana appi's coconut and pineapple cake

175 gm maida
100gm butter
3 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
50 gram dessicated coconut
50 gram pineapple pieces
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
100 ml chilled milk
 1 Pinch cream of tartar




Cream butter and sugar.
Mix maida bakıng powder, coconut and pineapple. Add milk and vanilla essence. Add egg yolks to butter and sugar. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar till stiff peaks form.


Mix the 2 egg mixtures and add to the maida.
Bake in preheated over at 180°c
